    How Your Data Flows

Tool inputs and files: processed in your browser, never sent to us. Theme, currency and the six financial calculators' inputs are saved in your browser's local storage so a refresh does not reset them; that data stays on your device and we cannot see it. Site analytics: Google Analytics counts page views and tool clicks, never your inputs. Ads are planned and not yet active; when they arrive, they will be served by Google. Forms you submit: contact and support messages are queued briefly on our server, emailed to the founder, then deleted from the queue. We do not keep them in a database.

No Personal Data Collected Through Tools

Tooltri does not require you to create an account, register or provide any personal information to use any tool. We do not collect your name, email address, phone number or physical address through tool usage. You can use every tool completely anonymously. The Contact and Support forms do collect your name and email by your own choice so we can reply to you; that data is handled as described in the Forms section below.

    Financial Data Privacy

All financial figures you enter into our calculators (investment amounts, loan values, interest rates, profit margins and advertising budgets) are processed entirely within your browser. They are never transmitted to our servers. To spare you from retyping after a refresh, each of the six financial calculators saves your inputs in your browser's local storage under its own key (for example sip-calculator-storage). Those values stay on your device. Where a calculator provides a Share button (such as the CPM Calculator), clicking Share encodes your chosen numbers into the URL fragment on your device so you can share the calculation with others; that data remains client-side and is never sent to our servers or saved in a database. Press the Reset button on any calculator to clear saved values, or clear this site's data in your browser settings.

    Password and Security Tool Privacy

Passwords generated by our Password Generator are created entirely within your browser using the Web Crypto API (crypto.getRandomValues). Generated passwords are never transmitted over the network, never logged and never accessible to Tooltri or any third party. JWT tokens, Base64 strings and URL-encoded data you process through our developer tools exist solely in your browser session and are never sent anywhere. We recommend copying sensitive outputs directly into a password manager.

    Forms and Support

If you send a message through the Contact or Support form, we receive your name, email address, message and any attachment you add. They are held briefly in a queue on our server, emailed to the founder's inbox, then removed from the queue. We do not keep them in a database. Your email provider keeps the email like any other email. Please do not include passwords or sensitive documents in form submissions.

    Local Storage and Cookies

Tooltri uses your browser's local storage for three things: your theme (Dark or Light), your selected currency in the financial tools, and the values you type into each financial calculator, so a refresh does not reset them. This data stays on your device. It is never sent to our servers and we cannot see it. Our other tools do not save anything. You can clear saved calculator values with the Reset button on each calculator, or clear this site's data in your browser settings at any time. We set no first-party cookies. Google Analytics may set its own cookies to distinguish sessions.

    Analytics and Usage Data

Tooltri uses Google Analytics to understand how the platform is used. We track page views, tool clicks, session duration, geographic regions (country-level only), device types, browser versions and referring sources. Google Analytics is never used to collect or log data you enter into tools; your financial figures, passwords, code snippets or personal information are never sent to Google Analytics. Analytics data is aggregated; Google assigns a client ID and uses cookies, so individual sessions can be distinguished, but we do not attempt to identify you personally. You can opt out by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

    Advertising

Tooltri plans to display advertisements through Google AdSense once the account is approved. No ads are shown today and no AdSense script loads. When ads do go live, Google and its advertising partners may set third-party cookies to serve ads based on browsing history; those are governed by Google's Privacy Policy at policies.google.com/privacy. We will update this page with a dated changelog entry when advertising goes live. You will be able to opt out of personalized advertising at adssettings.google.com.

    Children's Privacy

Tooltri is a general-purpose utility platform not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect any personal information from children. Since our platform requires no account creation or personal data submission to use any tool, no personal data from any user (including minors) is collected through normal platform usage. If you believe a child has inadvertently provided personal information through our platform, please contact us and we will take immediate steps to address it.

    Data Security

Because Tooltri does not collect or store tool inputs on our servers, there is no tool-input repository that could be compromised in a server-side security breach. Contact and support messages are held only briefly in a queue before being emailed and deleted. All pages on Tooltri are served over HTTPS. We recommend using an up-to-date browser and a reputable password manager to store any credentials generated using our Password Generator.

    Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically to reflect changes in our tools, advertising relationships, legal requirements or data practices. When we make material changes, we will update the effective date at the top of this page and add a dated changelog entry. Your continued use of Tooltri after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy. We encourage you to review this page periodically.

Tooltri may contain links to external websites and resources for reference purposes. We have no control over the content, privacy practices or data handling policies of these external sites. We encourage you to review the privacy policy of any external site you visit through a link on our platform.
