Description of Service
Tooltri is a free, browser-based utility platform providing tools across multiple categories including Financial Calculators (SIP, SWP, Home Loan EMI, ROI, Profit Margin), Developer Tools (JSON Formatter, Base64 Encoder/Decoder, JWT Encoder/Decoder, URL Encoder/Decoder, Hash Generator, Markdown Previewer, SQLite DB Viewer, SVG to React JSX), Converters (Unit Converter, Color Converter, Unix Time Converter), Text Tools (Word Counter, Duplicate Word Finder, Text Case Converter, ChatGPT Text Cleaner, Token Counter), Generators (Password Generator, UUID Generator, QR Code Generator), Everyday Tools (Age Calculator, BMI Calculator), Creator Tools (YouTube Thumbnail Downloader, CPM Calculator), Image Tools (Image Compressor) and Document Tools (Merge PDF, JPG to PDF). All tools are provided free of charge and execute entirely within your browser without requiring account creation or personal data submission.
Financial Tools - Educational Use Only
The financial calculators available on Tooltri (including the CPM Calculator listed under Creator Tools) are provided strictly for educational and informational purposes. All results are estimates based on the values you enter and assume constant rates of return, fixed interest rates and idealized conditions that do not reflect real-world market volatility, inflation, taxation, fund expense ratios, exit loads or lender-specific terms. These tools do not constitute financial advice, investment recommendations, tax guidance or professional consultation of any kind. Always consult a qualified financial advisor, chartered accountant or certified financial planner before making any investment, loan or financial planning decision.
Developer Tools - No Warranty on Output Accuracy
Developer tools on Tooltri are provided to assist with common development tasks. While we strive for accuracy, all outputs should be verified before use in production environments. We are not responsible for errors, data corruption, deployment failures, security vulnerabilities or system failures resulting from the use of tool outputs in live applications, codebases or production infrastructure.
Password Generator - User Responsibility
The Password Generator on Tooltri uses the browser's native Web Crypto API (crypto.getRandomValues) to generate cryptographically secure random passwords locally on your device. Character selection eliminates modulo bias and positions are shuffled using an unbiased Fisher-Yates algorithm. Generated passwords are never stored, transmitted or logged. While our generator uses a cryptographically secure random number source, users remain responsible for selecting appropriate password length, character sets and entropy for their specific security requirements, as well as securely storing passwords in a dedicated password manager. Tooltri is not liable for any security incidents, unauthorized account access or data breaches arising from the use of generated passwords.
Browser-Stored Data on Shared Devices
Tooltri saves financial calculator inputs, theme preference and currency choice in your browser's local storage so a refresh does not reset them. If you are using a shared or public computer, press the Reset button on each calculator before you leave, or clear this site's data in your browser settings. Tooltri is not responsible for any data exposure that results from using the platform on a shared device without clearing saved values.
Intellectual Property
All content on Tooltri (including tool designs, user interface elements, written content, category descriptions, tool documentation, FAQs and instructional text) is the intellectual property of Tooltri and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, redistribute, republish, copy or commercially exploit any content from this platform without prior written permission. Using our tools for their intended purpose does not grant any intellectual property rights over the platform or its content.
Advertising and Third-Party Content
Tooltri plans to display advertisements served by Google AdSense. No ads are currently active. When advertisements go live, they will be selected and served by Google and will not constitute endorsement by Tooltri of any advertised product, service or company. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy or practices of any advertiser or third-party website accessed through advertisements. Any transactions you enter into with advertisers are solely between you and the advertiser.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use Tooltri and all its tools for lawful purposes only. You must not use our platform to process illegal content, generate malicious code, conduct unauthorized security testing against third-party systems, circumvent access controls or engage in any activity that could harm our infrastructure, other users or third parties. Automated scraping of tool outputs, bulk programmatic usage, reverse engineering of tool algorithms or any attempt to disrupt platform availability is strictly prohibited. Violation of these acceptable use terms may result in your access being blocked without notice.
Tool Availability and Service Interruptions
Tooltri strives to maintain continuous availability of all tools but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Tools may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, infrastructure issues or circumstances beyond our control. We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any tool at any time without prior notice. We will not be liable for any inconvenience, data loss or damages arising from temporary or permanent tool unavailability.
Modifications to Tools and Terms
Tooltri reserves the right to modify, update or discontinue any tool, feature or functionality at any time without notice. We also reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Limitation of Liability
